Tonight's Moon was the slimmest I've seen with the unaided eye and photographed, just over 22 hours past New. Under 20 hours gets really tough.

The fact I had all these clouds not helping me see the Moon, 🤣 gives me a nice feeling that I knew where to look and got a glimpse in the few minutes it was dark enough to make it out naked eye, snap a photo or two (or 30) and then get to really enjoy seeing it. Worth it!
