It would also be great if citation practices weren’t built around standards that made sense in 1920… I mean, is “Thousand Oaks” really necessary information if citing Books published by SAGE?

Having edited a book where some chapter authors used citation software and others didn’t, the bibliography error rate when *not* using software was like 20+%. (I fixed it all using the ADS api interface. But that anecdotal stat was sobering…)
