Can't be that RNG since you said it's possible to notice something to solve it. Plus I think scaring people have to death with a drop that has no clearly visible bottom is much meaner.

Just a simple go down the right slide puzzle.
That gets reset everytime you choose the wrong slide.
And you have to get it right three times in a row.
