The artwork of Tokio 2 used on the cover of the #NEC #PC98 release in Japan as well as for advertising on magazines. Removed the seam between pages, text/logos, taking few liberties, and applying the usual upscale/clean/retouch combo. No clue on the artist, any info let me know!
