Also released on the same day as Raiders was Clash of the Titans, the magnificent Ray Harryhausen film that forever highlights the wonders of stop animation.
When I worked at Salts Mill I was introduced to Hockney back in 2001. He did this mad signature/squiggle in my sketchbook, the director of Salts told me he did it this way so that I didn’t do a drawing with Hocker’s signature attached, I could’ve been a millionaire! (not that I can draw like him) 🤣
