...We can start by passing my Reclaim Trade Powers Act to protect our economy from senseless tariffs, rein in unilateral executive trade decisions, and restore Congress’s rightful control over trade.
Despite SCOTUS striking down the destructive across-the-board tariffs under IEEPA, this Administration is trying to prevent relief from going out to those who have been harmed.
The best form of long-term relief is for Congress to reassert its authority to permanently stop illegal global tariffs...
