A lot of the US budget depends on gov software being extremely bad. Today Sonnet does much better. Never mind Opus or Fable. The soul document for future gov ai work will be very dark.

As Gov coding goes ai there will have to be explicit directions to introduce bugs and broken workflows. Otherwise programs will run out of money.
