If a distance runner sees this (or anyone who knows a distance runner) I would really appreciate some tips...
28 MILES!! NEW ALL-TIME PR AND IT WAS WITHOUT ANY SUPPORT??
5 hours of running (mostly at night). The first 3 hours were amazing and magical. The last 2 hours were hell. I don't know why, but it seems like every time I get to mile 18, my thighs feel AWFUL. Maybe I should run less, but more often?
