This and the gentle patter of rain on my office window have got me to a pretty zen place today
I guess I don't have much to add here except that if you, like me, struggled to mentally map the harms that are being discussed here this might be useful context. I've even had PTSD and I still felt like I needed to understand the problem better.

Something that's often missing from the safety tools discourse is awareness of how common PTSD is in the population. The NHS estimate is 5%. That's 1 in 20 people who could be harmed by experiencing a trigger during a game. Statistically 1 in 4 convention games of 5 players includes one.
