Here's IGN Management's current model: Send a skeleton crew to handle a massive event, each year of which they're expected to do it with fewer and fewer staff. Said staff pulls of miracles with the major event, because they're damn good at what they do. Then the workers are immediately laid off.
I do not need an edit button I need to be able to TURN OFF INDIVIDUAL PEOPLE'S REPOSTS.
