Being an accessible and inclusive employer means recognizing that all people experience disabilities differently. It’s important to speak with your employees about what they might need to meaningfully participate at work.
Leadership sets the tone for inclusion.
Employers who champion inclusive policies, accessible tools, and barrier-free practices help build workplaces where employees with disabilities can contribute fully.
We welcome the Government of Canada’s renewed commitment to equity and accessibility in "AI for All,” Canada’s new National Artificial Intelligence Strategy. As the strategy is implemented, Canada must ensure that the benefits of AI are inclusive, available and shared by everyone.
Achieving accessibility is a shared responsibility. Government, business, civil society and individuals each have a part in shaping meaningful progress.
Only by working together can we build a more inclusive and equitable Canada.

It's National #AccessAbility Week.
True accessibility is transformative. This week and beyond, let’s commit to building a stronger Canada by deepening our understanding of how to dismantle barriers and promote inclusive practices across all sectors of society. #NAAW
As we mark National AccessAbility Week, we celebrate the leadership, innovation and contributions of persons with disabilities. It is an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to a strong and more accessible Canada, where no one is left behind. A stronger Canada starts with inclusive design.
