So it appears I struck a nerve at social media when I just set a new rule for our customers in this cafรฉ when I declare I won't let these people that call themselves "Influencers" enter the place. Especially when they demand free food for free publicity, huh?
Honestly, I have my reasons.
This place was open almost a decade ago through my passion to run my own Cafรฉ since childhood & alot of customers enjoyed what we serve here for years and also show some cozy hospitality. Not cater for those who only follow a trend or crave free publicity.
That mindset is still intact to this day.
As everyone already knows, I keep seeing some of these kinds of people being disrespectful when they try out some food from Japanese owned restaurants. Some even are disrespectful by spitting out their food they try while they try it out.
I learned of this from Shizuka and I was utterly disgusted.
I did not open this cafรฉ just to cater to those kinds of people, so I have to put my foot down and set that rule. I don't want my hard work making those pastries & beverages go to waste from those people. If they wanna try to taste my pastries, they're gonna have to pay to try one. Simple as that.
