New from me in the Leiden Journal of International Law, in which I respond to points raised by Jean dβAspremont, defending my coherence framework for fact-finding before the ICJ by showing where it has been misunderstood/misconstrued.
I'm looking forward to this @UofGCILS event next week on restitution of colonially looted art. We have an interdisciplinary panel with colleagues from international law, the school of art, and Glasgow Museums giving their own perspectives on this important topic.
Full house this lunchtime @UofGCILS for Lawrence Hill-Cawthorneβs excellent talk on his @ICLQ_jnl
article on subsequent practice relating to treaties and Common Art 1 of the Geneva Conventions. Thanks to everyone for coming along.
