I’ve been on the max recommended dose of Pregabalin for 15 years now. The side effects wear off but it takes a while. Worst couple of days of my life was when I had to go off them cold turkey 10 years ago. I felt like Rent Boy in Trainspotting, but with the added bonus of screaming nerve pain

I took ONE pregabalin yesterday for nerve pain, and my eyes were bouncing around like ping-pongs and I had to go and have a lie down! I cannot imagine trying to communicate cogently - or in fact do anything a while taking that shit
