The Equality Act doesn’t impose duties on you so any definition under that act is not relevant to you.
This is an interesting argument: if the Equality Act defines "sex" as "biological sex" then the section 7 definition of gender reassignment means that trans people have reassigned, or are reassigning, our biological sex
Thus, we still have access to single sex spaces

That language is stoking racial division, and they know it or they wouldn't have suddenly started using it.
