This one I admit I selfishly did just for the top but then I did the bottoms as a skill challenge.
Jiynx will summarize resources, enemy and disposition, and chime in with frameworks of ideas. She will let others work on the planning, providing encouragement and suggestions, pointing out possibilities and problems. It's what she did as a leader in the military, to develop subordinates.
I haven't dropped out of the world, the weekend was a lot, and I opted for a couple days to decompress. But, I'm coming back!
