In Pikmin 3 it’s well established that Alph family has 14 boys and only one girl, but in 4 Yorke says “sisters” as in multiple.
Although this is likely just a mistake, if you read too far into it (like I like to do), this could imply one of Yorke’s younger siblings is trans.
