it's almost like the creator thinks that their pilot won't be accepted so they just force themselves into put everything they have into the pilot, which just kinda feels desperate.
i think some indie animation creators need to stop acting their indie show is gonna explode and everything will vanish after they finish the pilot. not every single aspect that you are planning needs to be put in a episode that is supposed to be a "test" for the audience.
