Bex asked me for songs that had the feel of the one I’m working on so she could think about drums and I gave her some songs that surprised me but I realized I could have given her like five BÖC songs
I would note that the current thing is not something I would say particularly sounds like them, there are other bands I would mention, but that influence is always going to be there more than any other for me I think
Unsurprising really, a) they have a ton of music b) they’re great at building these complex layers of music from relatively simple parts, which is what I aspire to c) my favorite album ever is by them
