Overnight, Ukraine’s SBU “Alpha” unit struck two oil pumping stations in Russia’s Vladimir region — “Vtorovo” and “Lobkovo”. These stations supply fuel to Moscow and also support fuel exports through Baltic Sea ports, including Primorsk.
