This was an utterly depressing read, showcasing that pretty much no Dem faction has any FP ideas besides America First plus. The only one defending rules based international order passionately is Ro Khanna of all people, and he then turns around and still wants to cut the DoD budget.
The party wants to do things differently than Trump and better than Biden.
