She "sent him running all over Hell" + (imo) he was going to say that they haven't "gotten any closer to finding Lilith/Eve." Rosie made him disappear 7yrs ago when Lilith left + the exterminations started bc Rosie (like everyone else) lost track of Lilith + sent Alastor on a goosechase essentially.
