Breaking my lurking mode briefly to spotlight this, because this behavior is exactly why I have stepped back in the first place. It sucks when I feel I've held space for others in the fandom to talk and enjoy their HC's and ships, even if they're not my personal ones (and I've spoken in this before)
boring. If you don't like something, thats okay, but this whole elitist bullshit mentality that goes on is exactly why people hate fandoms in the first place. Since when is fun a sin? You're all for it if it's smut, but anything outside? Oh boy....
