A big problem is that Gen-X includes people who came of age in the big-hair-and-cocaine Reagan '80s and people who were teenagers in the grunge-and-heroin Clinton '90s. This is why the final Gen-X movie is both Grosse Pointe Blank (1997) *and* Go (1999)
