The Kingdom of God belonging to children is no mere metaphor, according to Joseph A. Grassi’s 1991 book, “Children’s Liberation: A Biblical Perspective.”
Whereas we had to spend our actual childhood acting like adults and being paraded around as mature, we now spend our actual adulthood being rejected as immature children who are simply bitter at our parents. It’s a lose-lose for us homeschool alumni.

Your occasional reminder that I have been saying "I don’t hate homeschooling" since the very beginning of my advocacy for homeschooled children and alumni.
It is my hope that more progressive activists and thinkers will reflect on parenting and child care just as hooks has.
