I can't even joke about romanticizing the 90s because it feels to me like we largely fucking skipped it in all the nostalgia cycles relative to the 70s and 80s and as someone very nostalgic for them (the thread is full of bangers) it bugs me that it almost always skips to the post-9-11 years.
