I wanted to devote more time to this today but tentatively, there isn't much to a starter kit explicitly issued!
I think folks will be given three contract beads of their given country on the house. If you're smart and careful, you might never need to buy more.

Is the starting equipment included as part of their sign-on process or are they expected to buy it before hand or pay it off over time (through work)?
