We're overdue for ConEd oversight. We lost power for 48 hours in January and our bill is HIGHER than usual? How do they keep getting away with this?

8-Bit Emperor is a PICO-8 "de-make" of Black Emperor by Tomás Vicuña and BumbleBear Games. this guy has a Black Emperor cabinet and wanted 8-Bit Emperor too. it looks so good!
