I know nothing about business or administration, least of all how a company works, yet every time I do a Keisuke update I find myself spending more time delving into documentation about admin than I do actually writing. And it doesn't help that since every company is different, it's so contradictory
Really been feeling the downsides of trying to take a more realistic and grounded approach with TA's storytelling the past couple years. I spend so long doing research on things I know nothing about to try to write them as "accurately" as possible that it takes forever to do anything.
In a similar vein, trying to keep the timeline and events consistent from one route to another, while certainly one of the strong suits of TA, is also a bit of a nightmare to keep track of.
Don't mind me, this is just venting after spending all day slamming my head against the keyboard again.
Will launch the Keisuke update tomorrow. All that's left is to finish coding in the music (which I'll keep minimal) and have it playtested.
I'll be taking my partner to the doctor tomorrow as he's been having very intense tooth pains during his dental treatment.
Constantly going "I want to have X happen in the story but is that even realistic?" or "How could Y even happen in the first place?" is exhausting. I just want to write.
Really can't wait to write something that's more fantasy inspired where I can just... write.

I need to point out how crazy (and crazy GOOD) @nyaruh.bsky.social is. She tells me she knows he won't be naked in the CG either way, but look at the level of detail I find in his musculature and general anatomy when checking the PSD for the next Jun CG?!
