If you're tired of being approached by men, a simple "straight 🚫 DMs" in your bio works wonders. If someone is genuinely disrespectful, just block them. Posting frustrated callouts usually backfires and just drives away your audience and engagement. Keep it constructive!

DISCLAIMER: While I do believe there is a TINY bit of "exhibitionist" in all nudists that simply wants to be seen, acknowledged and accepted as a fellow human being, I STRONGLY believe that being a self-identified "exhibitionist" is completely different from being a "nudist" / "naturist" & NOT both.

My mental health has actually been pretty solid the last few weeks, but I felt a little shift today. I could feel the ruminating trying to start back up. The anxiety and depression felt like they were slowly closing in again, so instead of sitting in it, I took myself on a little nature walk.
