No collections day for me tomorrow since I'll be somewhere over the Atlantic in an aluminum tube. So to make up for that, I spent some time in the gallery of the lovely Lapworth Museum at the University of Birmingham.
In low-latitude North China, riparian ecosystems began to recover 2–3 million years after the end-Permian mass extinction.
I'm incredibly happy to have recieved this award, but I would also like to say a MASSIVE Congratulations to @nataliajagielska.bsky.social for also recieving a Highly Commended, and to James McKay, who won this year's overall prize!!! Congrats, both of you; you deserve it!!!
