UK folks, let's jump on this AI regulation petition the Society of Authors emailed out! It's an actual parliament one so the government HAS to respond if it reaches the signature threshold.

"fiction normalizes—" idk abt any of that but I think social media has normalized absolutely batshit behavior and social conventions that are inconceivable to anyone that is actually well-balanced and thriving in the real world and that's a bigger problem than fiction will ever be
