What other sector could make severance payments to over 28,000 people in 2 years and no one in government even blinks? These are skilled, highly educated people who should be contributing to UK productivity.

This is yet another area of tension for disabled students, who often need access to devices or equipment for disability-related reasons. Think noise cancelling headphones, apps to assist with managing diabetes, hearing aids that happen to be bluetooth-enabled etc etc...

Trying to submit ethics approval via a portal for ethics approval for involvement in an external project which already has ethics approval when I'm in a role that never normally has to go anywhere near ethics approval. Probably not a job for a Friday afternoon
