Maybe towns can contract emergency UPS (or other such independent courier services) drop boxes specifically to deliver votes. We shouldn't be trusting the government services now anyway, with regard to anything and everything! 🤦♀️🤷♀️

A backup plan is a good idea. We in WA have mail-in ballots and drop boxes. I volunteer to watch the nearest box (from a safe distance) and so far it's been fine. Dems need to come up with ways to protect the process
