I know it would be bad, but when the pre cut Dunedin hospital rebuild was too expensive at 3 billion, and the iRex + portside upgrades were 2 expensive at 3 billion, and so many cuts and punitive actions against our poorest & most vulnerable had to happen... www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/auckland-...
