I do! Some are very specific. The Athanatos don't use contractions. Leah won't swear (she decided this on her own - I just never felt compelled to write swear words in her dialogue). Andre has a American southern accent.
Mostly though it's very subtle.

Do you use dialog differently for certain characters?
Do some speak in shorter, choppier sentences? Use different grammar? Communicate non-verbally? Use multiple languages?
