I think Nintendo is getting itself in some really deep water. To not even mention Mario (beyond a timed texture pack in DK Bananza?!) in this Direct feels like an absolutely disastrous choice. Their shareholders are sick and tired, and they dedicate the most time in the Direct to a thumb war sim?

How dare Pokémon try to tell me I'm not allowed to buy this for myself.

It does take quite a lot for me to want to be on Keir Starmer's side, but a bunch of warmongers having a tantrum because we won't give them welfare money to spend on tanks will certainly do the trick.

Remember about 400 hours ago when Geoff opened the event saying how small, indie games are such a big part of gaming? And 540 hours in, we've had, er, that Untitled Goose Game copy?
