The way he is dressed, he looked very old fashioned, somewhere in the late 1890's fashion.
Wiggles looks over at them with his head propped on his head from the ground, he looked to been watching beetles wrestle. "Well...to simply put it I guess I'm a living jack in a box." He chuckles a bit as he looks the cat over, not bothered by a talking cat. "What brings you here?"
