The 12thC south door at St John the Baptist, Beckford certainly has a bit of everything!
Zig zag, chevron, delicately decorated corbels and carved heads.
Then the tympanum.. two very strange horned beasts, a cross, a bird and a roundel..it's all rather fun and jolly!
