Festive summer wear for the pediatrics ice cream social this afternoon. I moved on to popsicles (this may or may not be my second) after my chocolate Sunday with crushed Oreo, both chocolate and strawberry sauces, and whipped cream.
I don’t agree with, but could understand why the “core professional staff” might’ve thought this was the right/safe move to make; but this is where the elected physician and scientist board members should resign to make the point that’s needed.

Goal: monthly at different days/times- a lunch time potluck; tea & cookies; coffee; ice cream; “community lunch” which means we put out table clothes on a cluster of tables in the cafeteria. Faculty, staff, & students from the peds interest group are invited + plus all random stragglers welcome.
