Yay!!!
It’s #WorldNarcissiticAbuseAwarenessDay today. Not a day to celebrate in any way, but awareness of what is often an insidious form of domestic abuse can save lives. Spread the word.

I’m absolutely over the moon to be on this incredible short list. What an honour!
Maternal Mental Health week means a lot to me. This Maternal Mental Health week, let’s not have more moralising about whether mums should have outdoors adventures with their babies (yes you, Press & Journal), but more awareness that maternal mental health deserves real social support.
I’ve volunteered to speak to a bunch of children at my son’s school. I need to talk to 9/10 year olds and 6/7 year olds about writing and being a writer, and ideally get the older ones doing some writing. Any top tips? I’m feeling a little unfriendly towards past me at the moment 🫠🤦‍♀️
Out in three, THREE days, in gorgeous paperback colours. I can’t wait for this to find its way into readers’ hands. Let me know if you see it in the wild? #IndieBooks #BooksWorthReading #BookSky
It’s paperback publication day for this beauty. By far my most personal book, and one I am very proud to have written: many women have come and spoken to me about how they wished they’d had someone say these things when they were starting out. Fly well, beautiful book. @eandtbooks.bsky.social
