"Tupac's estate" is not run by his family. It's run by some greedy corporate demon who seized it after his mother's death. In fact, his sister, who SHOULD be the owner/executor/etc of the estate, has apparently been trying to sue him for embezzlement.
So "approved by his estate" is just PR bullshit
