So when you see me really trying to push the Aliens book, this is why! Selling books is *hard*. Selling video game books is *super hard*. So yeah, I do need to plug Aliens: The Video Games as much as I can - without annoying folks like you. Any and all opportunities to do that, welcomed!
Because transparency is fun, shall we look at what my book The Console sold between July and December 2025? (Royalty statement has just come in.) Eight ebook versions Eleven hardback versions Netting me... well, nothing, because I still owe on the (small) advance.
This book is a 10/10.
Said developer: LOL, why did you pick a VCR as a prize? Who has a VCR anymore? This shit is ancient. (Several months later) How fortunate that we, the makers of Alien: Isolation, have access to a VCR, actually.
