Someone told me this quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson "To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded." Reading it back I think Ralph needs a bloody good hiding

When our kids were young we used to do that Peter Kay gag that when you heard a police car or saw a copper you’d grab them and shout “I’ve got him him officer, here he is” or some such. My Dad did the same with me. Do not do this with foster kids
