Last few months I have been slow responding to friends on telegram. Been feeling anxious since I am juggling a lot, so if I respond days (sometimes weeks) later it’s just me trying to get back to everyone when I can. Sometimes telegram just becomes too much and heavily focused on work and projects.

This year has been busy and only getting busier. New shop, new projects, huge opportunities and I’m trying to carve a space for my mental health too. Been disconnecting a bit by just being outside which I should do more either way. Life work balance my constant struggle.
