Ald. Lopez's rant against PBLs in committee, just before his ally Claudia Zuno announced her "remove obstructive bike lanes" candidacy, was one thing. But Lopez crossed a line when he said alders mourning fallen CDOT Planner Riley O'Neil are "privileged."
