If you are in the Seattle area and need excellent bagels, Briney Bagels on Bainbridge has the goods. The bagels are light (as in not too dense but it's still a bagel) with the right chew to the outside. They're even tasty untoasted. They also make the best pastrami I've had since living in NYC.
