AB1921 in a nutshell:
For any games published or rereleased AFTER 1/1/27 that are sold as a one time purchase, when service ends, publishers must provide 60 days notice and do ONE of the following:
1. Patch the game to work offline
2. Allow LEGAL community server hosting
3. Refund all customers
