Exactly this. I think 4 is probably too few. But hey, that’s how it’s written! Maybe don’t commit so many flagrants! Don’t try to take a dude’s head off.

It's pretty obvious that the only reason this wasn't called a flagrant is because it would lead to a Wemby suspension
Part of me wants to say 4 flagrant points is too few for a suspension, but 2 of those points for Wemby were from decapitating Naz Reid so just don't do that

I don't think we're going to see Wemby for (if necessary) Game 6 in MSG. This will very likely be upgraded to a landing zone flagrant tomorrow. 😬
