Important to defend this. The problems of climate change won’t go away because we don’t measure them but they’ll certainly be harder to solve. @royalsociety.org
royalsociety.org/current-topi... If you have (UK) Conservative friends please get them to read this. If we drill oil that would otherwise stay in the ground we simply delay net zero and raise the temperature at which it’s achieved. (And it doesn’t affect the price we pay for energy.)
